Concept Art
The Bio-Soldier was first seen in the group shot at the end of the Cinematic Trailer. The character is a short person in a yellow hazmat suit. Another piece of concept art featuring a different color scheme is in the Overwatch Museum.

Developer Comments
During the Ana: Declassified livestream, the host asked the devs about the hazmat-suit wearing character and how they may have related to Ana's development.
Ster: There was that character in the original art, or the original pinups, that had somebody in a hazard suit. Was that kind of the idea?
Tim Ford: Oh, the Bio-Soldier?
Geoff Goodman: Yeah, that's been one of our concepts for a while. I haven't quite found a home for them yet. It was a pretty interesting character.
Notes and Speculation
- The Bio-Soldier is not the same as the Alchemist. The Alchemist is a prototype that evolved into Ana.
